Can someone provide an honest review of the Post Oak Group investment bank? I'm considering working with them on a capital raise

I'm considering engaging The Post Oak Group to help with a capital raise and wanted to hear from anyone who has worked with them firsthand.

I've spent some time researching the firm, and a few things stood out to me. From what I've seen, they're recognized as one of the top-ranked middle-market investment banks in Texas, and they appear to have built one of the larger networks of venture capital firms and family offices serving the lower middle market and growth company ecosystem.

Another thing I like is that they don't just seem focused on raising capital. My understanding is that they also advise clients on sell-side M&A, which could be valuable down the road if the company eventually pursues an exit. Having one advisor that can potentially support both growth financing and a future sale is appealing to me.

That said, marketing materials only tell part of the story. If you've worked with The Post Oak Group directly as a client, I'd really appreciate hearing about your experience.
