Feeling lost

Hello brothers, i dont know if this is the place for this, but I need someone's ear in this point of my life. I am feeling lost. I have been suffering with anxiety and depression for many years and recently have been diagnosed with OCD. It feels like eveything is falling apart around me. It has caused problems in my relationship, in my friendships and even with my family, I feel like a burden to them, to everyone around me. I feel genuenly sick and lost and it feels like there will be no end to this. I often get bad thoughts that are not fit to be shared here. And it s been so exhausting.

I grew up Orthodox Christian, but for a while in my life I lost my faith. I was atheist, spiritual, then agnostic. Not long ago I felt a calling back to Jesus. I have been thinking and feeling in my heart that I need to turn to Him. I did not tell anyone about it. And then one night, in a very bad OCD flare / panic attack I had called the ambulance. After checking my vitals the nurse asked me if i struggle with mental health. We chatted for a few minutes. And then she asked me if I am religious. She talked to me about Jesus. Advised me to go to church, and that He is the way and the only One that has the power to help me. That night stayed imprinted in my mind. It felt like she was a sign from God, calling me to Him, and it truly moved me how God sent her my way when i was questioning my beliefs.

I didn't yet go to church. And I struggle in recovering my faith in Him. I did pick up a Bible and read a bit. It does bring me comfort. But then yet again all my thoughts are coming right at me, urging me and hurting me. I feel lost. I dont know what to do. How to talk to God, how to ask for help, and how to navigate these feelings. It's like everything is falling apart around me and I have no power left to get up. I feel like i am not worthy of His help and love and like i will never get to live normally.

I am scared, and I am tired, and it is incredibly hard to admit this to someone.
