Right now, my campaign team is Crown, Siren, Anis: Star, Rapi: Red Hood, and Neon: Vision Eye. Do you think I could improve it ?

I'd also like some help building a strong PvP team if possible.

Also, I've been playing NIKKE for about three months now, and my progression has started to slow down. When it comes to gearing up your characters, how long did it take you to fully optimize their gear ?
