HELP! Anyone else have clingy twins that only sleep if they are being held/baby worn?

experience/advice to give

Not really expecting a solution but if some have found something that helped I am all ears. Just coming here more to vent/get hope of how and when this phase will end if anyone has been through it. My twins are 10 weeks old. Twin A has overall been a much better sleeper and will sleep in the swing for me but lately he's been almost as bad as Twin B. Twin B from basically 4 weeks on will ONLY nap in the baby carrier, holding him isn't even enough, he seems to need that consistent pressure to stay asleep and even then if I move the wrong way with the carrier on he will wake up. We also have to go into a pitch black room with a sound machine on for him to finally turn his brain off and fall asleep in the baby carrier. No matter how long I hold him for after rocking, whether hes swaddled or if I stick my clothes near him, his eyes will spring open when put down whether in the swing or bassinet. Twin A will oftentimes give me a little reprieve in the afternoon and sleep on his own in the swing, but bassinet is also a no go at this point. I am so sick of double baby wearing and just wishing away thia first year. I wish car rides or stroller walks would work but at the moment neither will fall asleep or stay asleep that way either. My oldest was similar and needed to be baby worn for naps until about 5/6 months and it was SO much effort and work to get him to finally nap in his crib. At the moment I can't phathom how I'm ever going to them to sleep in their cribs for naps because I don't have the time to rock both of them seperately and wait 20 mins before transfer like I did with my oldest now that I have 3. Anyone else experience anything similar with velcro twins? I need some hope of how or when it got better.
