AC Question

2003 Chevy Tracker 4 cylinder.

What would cause a AC not to get below 70 degrees at the vents? I rebuild the AC on my due to a damaged condenser. Due to the age of the system I went ahead and replaced everything component with the exception of the evaporator under the dash. Vacuumed and filled it up based on the amount of R134a/oil from the Alldata manual.

Manifold gauges are reading 40psi/250psi @ 92 degrees outside temp.

The blend door is cable controlled and it sounds normal and does move from cold to hot but I have no way to test it.
