Why do boys that come from BIPOC backgrounds bully disabled or white people more?

Asking because as an autistic middle class white guy I got bullied a lot when I was in school and most of those bullies were black/Hispanic children of the same gender as me. I got made fun of a lot for being disabled and occasionally for being white which never made sense to me?? For context I grew up in a city in Arizona.
