Crashing before main menu

Hey y’all for the 4th of July I woke up wanting to play some Fallout spent 2.5 hours setting up my load order it’s my first time back since the next gen update and after I finished up and backed out to the main menu my game crashed. When I tried launching it again it just crashes before making it to the main menu. Can anyone help me with it this? 136 mods under 10GB used.
