Is MacBook Air M5 a good choice for casual photo editing?

Hi,
I’m thinking about getting a MacBook Air 13” with these specs:
M5 chip
10-core GPU
16GB RAM
512GB SSD
I mainly want it for:
casual photo editing (RAW files, nothing professional)
watching movies and general everyday use
light multitasking
Do you think this would be a good long-term choice, or is it more than I actually need?
