Ex called

yesterday i got a call from my ex .. that she dumped me 1 month ago .. and i didnt picked up her call .. that time when she left she used some unusual word to me for a brekup .. and i dont want to be close to her .. i jst want to forget her .. cuz when i get hurt .. i usual try to hert myself .. i have overthinking issues as well .. help me guys to understand wht should i do .. jst i dont want to be close to her again .. i jst wanna erase everything .. of my past .. and leave a good life
