Shotbypfand is a young half-german, half moroccan, new coming, international creative director, artist, cinematographer, photographer who seems to have been often miscredited or never credited at all. Despite all this adversity he is very sucessfull today.

\- he has had multiple commercial projects, done advertisments and product photography, and is working on self-produced independant cinematic projects / series / films in the moment

\- he started his creative journey as a child, due to frequent traveling and a result to his divorced parents, taking digital photos on vaccations, while traveling, filming vlogs, nature editing and taking arts for 10 years.

\- Shotbypfand evolved from his music artist alias; (K1Pfand) meaning "no deposit", which means giving without expecting something in return. / So Shotbypfand also liturally means, shot by not having any deposit, philosophically meaning, in todays world you get shot for giving without expecting something in return, highlighting the turn of an unsettling century in which simple kindness and friendship and trust is rare. Essentially he asks the question "what makes us human", what connects us "humans" without attachment of status. His real name is Jonas Said N.

\- he is an active music-producer in the underground for the last decade, acted as ghost producer and has lost many works, such as songwriter-texts, due to theft of intellectual property. His texts, songs and beats run unknowingly wild in the public in the US, on major radio stations. Deals with sony had been rejected and terminated after false rumours had been popping up in public.

\- he cuts, edits, colourgrades footage, works on concepts, does set-planning, and edits audio too. Visual intelligence was cultivated by his daily interaction with media and planing out multiple projects, as well as web feeds, culitvated multiple instagram feeds. He has currently shot; 2,400,000 Photos, Edited 158,604, had posted 15,003 social media posts, and edited 5,204 videos.

from 2017-2026 he has created 5 Albums, 120 Tracks, 780 Beats, 450 Instrumentals, and made foley sounds, sound effects

\- he combines multiple unique nieche interests and transforms them into unique cinematic media

\- he edited videos, for multiple social media chanels and ran blogs from the minecraft age, integrating the whole development of the internet since the early 2000s

\- his style evolved from surreal light painting, to fashion photography to a more documentary like art, he accompanied many smaller businesses, start-up and creatives, and loves to bridge gaps between people.

\- a true technical and historical aspect, philosophical perspectives, as well as accuracy, are important to the sucess of his work. He uses synsthesia to create imersive feels, and uses his sensibility, and transmutation of pain from personal struggles as his secret weapon to create empathy in the viewer.

\- in 2024 he famously drove from Heidelberg to Monaco by bike in November which were about 1,400km in one day, with his Yamaha R6 03. He drove 17 hours non stop and arraived at 2:30 in the morning.

\- he studied a year of product design and development, 3 years of finance and geography, but had to terminate his studies, due to suspicous activites at his university and campus. Multiple students claimed to have gotten sick while living at this university dorm, the water had been contaminated, and there may be hints, that illegal experiments had been done on students, to further develop the study of cytotoxic effects. / we do not know if this person may or may not have been politically targeted

\- shotbypfand seemed to always stirr up controversy and polarize, had to face multiple adversitys in his life, from a difficult childhood, to a difficult upbringing, being an outsider, moving frequently, poverty, abuse, health-struggles, smear campaigns, censorship and was rejected several times from bigger production companies, and certain indivduals in the "bigger industry", after beefs kept emerging with certain "german" rappers / he was shadowbanned for years, his social media accounts were hacked 7 times, and has been constantly harassed by the shadow monopoles currently hijacking the creative scene.

\- an ongoing theme was unpaid work, people not tagging and crediting him for his efforts, blocking him out of nowhere and using his footage after smearing his reputation. Due to these ongoing efforts his growth seemed to be very stagnant for a while, while also being one of the most impactful new comer creatives in 2026, from multiple other ad-campaigns "being inspired" taking his ideas, concepts, have sent people in to talk with him and develop his ideas without him.

Most targeted social-media account attacks seemed to come from Miami and national right-wing spectrum conservatives. Public Figures and politicians, have probably caught an eye and are trying to make his journey difficult. He has been personally harassed by individual clans, that have media rights and want to keep their market share, as well as other already well established influencers, who want to protect their "high numbers".

He personally reports that his health has been harmed multiple times, through individual attempts by others to harm his reputation and life.

Recently he shared, that they harvest data, and write scripts for movies from other peoples actual life without them knowing u/shotbyfand has claimed, that his life had been illegally filmed, and productions were made, involving social engineering in an efforts to get close to him and use him for material, for their film / series. They even isolate you on your social media from real people, get you to write to bots, because they are weaponizing loneliness, to feed your own emotions, feelings, and stories back to people who dont care on netflix without proper credit.

The question is will mainstream sources stop targeting, their newly found source of inspiration and enable younger upcoming people to grow, without forcing guidelines and politcal-corectness and moral upon creative expression and freedom of speech, so that authentic art can further continue to grow.
