False Smurf Ban Appeal - Shared PC with brother

can u help me I received a permanent ban for smurfing on my account, even though I had verified it with my ID. The reason for the ban was that I have a brother who also plays on FaceIt; we used to play on the same computer. He doesn't have a verified account—he tried to verify it but couldn't, and even contacted support, but they didn't help. He also got banned, but for six months; that six-month period is actually ending today. Is there any way for me to play on my account and him on his? Even though I have a permaban, he has moved to a different city, so the issue shouldn't come up anymore.
