Why does this game have so many old people with wives' and kids and jobs. Where are all the unemployed rust bums

I js started the game on last sunday and have been living off the lfg and its so disgusting because 80 percent of the people who play are old people larping as if they're young and play good, but u load up and they're js like headless chicken. Like the only way to progress imo is voyage solo and like 90% of fights are so 1 sided for me because the whole time they're green flaring and trying to do some arc raider thing with the friendly friendly ahhhh things. but for end game content you HAVE to get at LEAST a 3 man group for dreadnaught bc u gotta lobby wipe before 2nd last zone n shit and js boost around looking for dreadnaught on top of that. Like is there some hidden discord where all the good players are.

like one of the things i do in my discord to make sure the ppl comming in aren't rtrd is i ask them to stream their steam hours because snice the game is so new its hard seeing what kind of player they are snice EVERYONE is gonna be dumping 70+ hrs onto this game. but u can tell what kind of player from what games they play, like id rather take a rust kid over a arc(friendly friendly ahh) anyday. But like can someone explain to me why this game is 80 percent old people,
