So i am M 20 and from years my father had physically and emotionally abused my mother  . He has had multiple affairs after his marriage and he is still willing to do it. Everytime my mother caught him or even if he was in bad mood he used to beat her . 

This has affected my mother , me and my little sister so badly . Me and my sister's haven been facing this from the start of my life and it has affected our personalities and us emotionally so much . He even lost his job 3 years ago , he even lost a lot of money in a scam because of his last affair and even then he doesn't think that he is wrong.

 Our education is fully funded by my maternal grandfather and from last 3 years my father's sister has been looking after all our other expenses like home rent , groceries , clothes. We are in such a bad financial situation and he is in so much debt and the surprising thing is that we don't even have any assets . Pretty sure he is in like 70 lakhs + And nobody knows why because we spent all our life as a lower middle class family. And even after getting so much support from all of our relatives , he abuses all of them , he even abuses his mother on her face . And i know that the only reason my father's side relatives want my mother to stay with him is so that they don't have to handle him when my mother leaves him and they only support her so that she stays with him. That's why they recently opened a small home kitchen for us so thay we can sustain . But even after all this he is still the same . He gives my mother death threats , he still cisses her for no reason and i k ow he is never gonna stop him .

I have always been in the hope that i will free my mother and sister from him . But idk if I will be able to do that , the job market is bad and I can't let my mother stay with him longer .

I need to know how can we get out of this situation? What legal way is there and hiw can we do this with practically no money . I want to get rid of him forever so that he cannot hurt my us ever again .

Tldr - my father has physically and emotionally abused my mother for years and had multiple affairs after marriage . Our family doesn't have any money and nor any assets so that we can sustain life. My mother and father both run a hime kitchen owned by my father's sister . I want to get rid of him in so that we can be free and he pays for what he did .

I want to know a practical solution for my problem according to the law of india so that he can not cause trouble for anyone not even his side family
