looking for a modpack

Is there a modpack out there that the entire world is deep ocean and alex caves abyss chasm? basically subnautica but not subnauticraft. Id like it to still have tech and some magic and stuff like that and some dungeons. Like the 'story' of the pack is one day 99% of above sea landmasses disappeared due to magic gone haywire or something and you have to restore it. something along those lines. Thanks for the help
