Ticketmaster transfer greyed out?

We bought tickets for the Olivia Rodrigo Pittsburgh show and it said that ticket transfer wouldn’t be turned on until no later than 3 months prior to the concert but the options are still greyed out. Anyone know when they will actually be transferrable? I tried to ask the Ticketmaster chat and just got “transfer has not been turned on for this event yet check back later” 🙄
