What Mac would be the best fit for me under £350 ($470~)

I'll just keep this really quick and easy to read instead of wasting everyone's time.

What I need it for

• Light Coding (Web Development, Primarily PHP, Laravel etc)
• Watching YouTube/Movies/Series (Stored on my External HDD or Streamed)
• Storing my Crypto Wallet
• Just exploring the MacOS eco-system in general

I understand the budget I have is extremely low for an Apple product so I am 100% looking at the second hand market.

I was looking at the M1 MacBook Pros from 2020 because that seems to be the models available for the budget I have, I read that the differences between MacBook Pros and Airs was very minimal for the 2020 era but honestly I'm not certain how accurate that information is and would love to be enlightened.

I found a few with varying battery percentages

13", 8GB, 256GB, 100% Batt / £350

13", 8GB, 512GB, 88% Batt / £320

Small Side Note: I also do appreciate any help from the US, but please keep in mind that our Apple products regularly retail anywhere from 10-35% more than they do for you, so it can be pretty rough. For example the MacBook Neo base model is $936 here, not $699, that is 33.91% more expensive.
