Propane air cannon near midtown.

I understand I live near a farm. I don’t complain about the smell that’s fine. But as of yesterday they have got an air cannon going off every 2-5 minutes I was just woken up by it at 5 am. I understand the importance of it and recognize that i probably just pissed about it cause it woke me up early after a late night. But is there any city bylaw about noise like this before like 7 am?
