Offensive & Shocking Advertising

I am a moderator, so let me establish that. But I am also a Reddit user/consumer. There is a video game whose ad is absolutely disgusting. It begins showing a “hunter” carving off the horn of a shot rhino. I realize it is “only a game.” But it absolutely disgusts me and causes my anxiety to peg out immediately. I’m neurodivergent and those kinds of images resonate true with me despite the reasoning side of my brain talking me down. I’ve blocked the advertiser (game maker) thinking that would help, but nope, it has returned once again. How can I make this go away for me? Is there a more appropriate sub I should be appealing to? I do have a screenshot but refused to post it publicly as it is completely vile.
