What is the appeal of farming super spins?

I tried the method a couple times of the super spins farming that people do and to keep purchasing the Subaru car and getting the super spins, I’m actually losing a little bit of money. But I’m unlocking some cars.

So what exactly is the appeal? Do people get lucky and actually get a ton of money from this?
