Worried if Child Protection services will force me back.

16 year old in VIC Australia and due to stress, academic pressure constant yelling at by parents, and forcing myself to be something I am not I am planning on calling a youth refuge centre near by to seek emergency accommodation. I do not want to go back home. I am worried that CP will asses my household and deem it not severe enough, and then be forced to go back. I also will get a letter or smth from headspace to confirm my mental health state. I don't know if any of this would work. I just don't want to live here any longer.
