Should I join ucal for ms?

Hi everyone
I’m engineer from India who is just about to graduated . Even though I did my btech in electronics I’m very much interested in finance specifically risk management . I have cleared frm part 1 also building some projects as well . I was thinking about usa initially but the visa issues made me sway towards Canada. My friend said that ucalgary is a top and good univ in Canada. I’m thinking about joining msf program . Pls help me understand if I’m making the right choice or not . Thanks
