IC10s should have Interrupts.

Basically the title says it. I'm aware it will probably be difficult to implement, but I think it would really expand what is possible with IC10s, especially since you could write basic networking (instead of polling for when Setting gets written to, you could wait for a network interrupt or so and clear the handling of interrupts while you process the message), better timing and processing multiple things semi-concurrently.
