Looking for insights from anyone who has worked at or knows:

• Skydive Chicago
• Skydive Byron Bay
• Skydive Wollongong
• Skydive Spain
• GoJump Oceanside
• Skydive Monterey Bay
• Skydive Spaceland

For these DZs:

• How far in advance are instructor rosters finalized? (same day / 1–3 days / 1 week / 2 weeks / 1 month+)
• Does this rostering method change during the peak season?
• Does anyone use dynamic rostering (e.g., finalizing schedules only a few days before operations)?
