Venus, Mars and Moon in gemini in 12th house ?

I have gone through many analysis in venus and Mars conjunction and Mars and Venus conjunction but they are contradicting.

I am an Cancer ascendant with Lagna and Sun in my 1st house. Anyone who sees my kundali focuses on the 12th house and says i am fickle minded and cheater. Though I haven't ever cheated and I hate cheaters.
