Ex not paying bill.

Hi! This is my first time posting here so I hope this makes sense lol. Me and my ex broke up late January and we had an agreement that he'll pay the phone bill every other month. He's on my account under my name. He 'accidentally' got hurt at work (I put that in quotes because i know for a fact he did it on purpose. That's the kind of guy he is) and stopped paying for 3 months. I don't want to seem like the bad guy or anything but I've given him time to get his own phone plan. Especially since he's with the woman he cheated on me with now and he's not my problem. I just need advice on what to do or say to him.

I feel horrible knowing that I might have to take matters into my own hands and get him off my plan without him having a plan of his own but I can't afford a $100 phone bill. He always waits until the very last minute to do something and/or makes me into the bad guy at the end of it. It sucks that I'm still worried about his own job and life even if I don't love or even like him anymore.
