Lost my virginity and have a couple questions

18, 5’8, male, and I smoke. lost my virginity for the 4th and I now have a bruising/redness on my tip. I’m expecting it’s simple bruising because it’s delicate skin but just making sure. My other questions being how long should it stay until I need to make an appointment, what feeling/sensation should I look out for, and (be honest) am I freaking out for nothing? lmao
