Can't Sign In

Has anyone ever gotten a message that says "password or username you entered does not match our record." I know I entered it correctly and on multiple devices. Sadly the email address I signed up with is gone so I can't reset. Is there any hope?

My username profile is still there and I signed in about a month ago so I don't think they deleted it due to inactivity.
