Need more avoid teammates slots

So I’ve found that if I avoid teammates after matches where I get stomped, my ranked games go better at least for the rest of the day (maybe it’s my imagination but it works for me). But I noticed last night when I was having some on and off matches that I had to replace a user from I think one or two bad matches ago, which would mean there’s only about 5-10 avoid slots if I’m not mistaken.

And I’m going to be honest as I’m sure we all can relate, I get a LOT of bad players and I’m always solo queueing. I’m not trying to avoid every single rivals player but having more avoid slots should be a thing if the matchmaking is gonna be this bad.
