Jaw pain and pregnancy

Hi all, I woke up one day and had jaw pain on one side. Now it jumps around from side to side sometimes both sides, sometimes ears ache, teeth ache. Sometimes it more local to the mouth teeth area. This is my second pregnancy and didn’t have this issue the first time round or ever in my life. This is going on 8 weeks now and I’m so fed up of not eating what I want and being in pain and uncomfortable. I’m seeing Osteo and doing dry needling which helps but all feels very temporary. Dentist said teeth were fine and jaw movement was fine so seems more clenching/muscular in nature. I’ve been googling and now I’m terrified this won’t go away. I already have aches and pains and postpartum was a nightmare the first time round, with a new issue I’m not coping at all and feeling extremely depressed everyday at almost 25 weeks pregnant. Has anyone experienced this before? Will it go away?
