My car got completely totaled while my friend driving.

So i bought a car like 2 weeks ago and i paid it in cash and paid my insurance in cash but it was a basic one without collision . And my friend she took it to go her brother and i didn’t knew she is lying and drinking and driving while riding and now she hit someone and completely totalled the car. I didn’t know what i can do cause she said she dont have that money to give me back
