Is a base from CDS/AFCAT/SSC CGL advantageous for CAT or do I have to prepare from scratch?

My English has been decent, but I do see that cat's english is pretty hard. I have prepared for other exams as well and have cleared the written test but haven't managed to get through the interviews.

I also gave a mock test and got like 91 percentile with no prep, but I'm not sure of the reliability of that website.

CISCE board, 93% in 10th, 91% in 12th, 84% in grad, bsc physics, I'm obc and I do have work experience but on a remote/work from home job.

I have given all the info that I feel you might need to give accurate thoughts about this.

**All in all, if you were me, what would your next strategy be? Thank you so much in advance, I love you all!**
