4mo old nursing every 90 mins & after bottles

I’m a FTM to a 4 month old that lovessss to nurse. Even my ped has asked why “she’s cluster feeding”. She nurses from 7am-10pm every 90 minutes, usually for 20 mins at a time. She would nurse even longer if I didn’t cut her off and burp her, just hanging out (usually stops really sucking around 12 mins).
We have tested bottles to see if that would give me a longer break, but she will want to nurse 1 hour after a 4oz bottle.
I’m going back to work in 2 weeks and I WFH with a nanny- how do I extend the time between feeds? I’d love to get her on a schedule so I can nurse her but right now even pumping every 90 mins feels unsustainable.
