Hi, I'm hoping to buy myself a tiny home on wheels. It feels like it makes more sense to me them constantly trying to find places to rent. I'm looking for any advice to get started.

Like financially would it be classified as a mortgage or is it going to have any fold as a large loan? What kind of insurance would it need house insurance or rv? What kind of build issues have people run into or advice for fixing certain things that are common issues with small houses. I'm going to grad school and hoping to move around a lot and do a lot of field work so I'd like to be able to bring my home with me rather than constantly trying to find places to live. Any advice would be really appreciated
