Facelift before 40, deep plane or smas lift?

I'm 37, and want to get a 2nd facelift in 55. What method do you think is the mos suitable for now? I’m afraid that if I have a deep plane facelift now, it will use up all the untouched virgin tissue in the deepest layer, making a second facelift at age 55 more difficult.
