Level 9 salary and interview

I have a job interview coming up for a level 9 role. Currently at level 8 with mid range salary penetration. What is the ideal salary raise I can ask for and is the a 1st or 2nd round interview conversation. Is it also true that prior to a 2nd round there will be a personality test, etc? Any other tips on the actual interview is also welcome. Role is if global programe management for early drug assets.
