Help conunter pick

During the last pbi tournament series, I performed consistently well across the board, but I hit a wall against one specific deck configuration that I couldn't crack.

- Cobalt Dragon (Elevate)
- Meteor Dragon (Level)
- Wizard Rod (Hexa)

My current rotation is:
-Silver Wolf 9-60 Freeball
-Wizard Rod 1-60 Hexa
-Shark Scale 1-70 Low Rush

Any counter combo for this threats/launching tech?
Thxsm
