Need help with a injured pigeon

I Found a local pigeon, whose eye was swollen with some kind of tumor on it left eye.

Took to a "local" vet and it removed all that grown tumor and now the pigeon only has one eye.

Like before its not moving, though it blinking. It's scared and only moves when i try to touch it.

According to vets advice, We gave a small amount of very diluted solution of paracetamol with a syringe ( i have kept and treated sick pet chickens before) but it vomited half of the medicine anyways. It only consumed a little water when offered

It's 38 rn and i have kept it in a cardboard box on newspapers and left it alone to rest under the fan

The vet has given a grain meal for it but i think its too hard for it.

Please guide me about pigeons and the dos and don't. It really want it to live again , im inexperienced with them.
