Will Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced be coming to the Xbox PC Store?

Has anyone heard whether Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced will be coming to the Xbox Store on PC?
Right now I only see it listed on Epic Games Store, Ubisoft Connect, and Steam. I’d prefer to buy it through the Xbox PC Store so I can keep my library in one place and get achievements.
Has Ubisoft said anything about an Xbox PC Store release, or does it look like it’s only launching on those other storefronts?
