Firmware downgrade

So just now I downgraded from 67.2.A.3.178 to 67.2.A.3.163, endup in Device Corrupt warning even with data wipe. Might need to unlock bootloader or anything else to downgrade without Device Corrupt error, for now Im using Xperia Companion App to fix back my device. Btw when I about to flash using Xperia Companion App current firmware installed is 67.2.A.3.178 instead of 67.2.A.3.163 i just flashed.
