eco mustang —> 5.0

i was wondering, so my 2021 premium eco mustang got totaled, not by my fault but anyway. i really love mustangs and never had a problem with driving it, although the airbags on the drivers side didn’t deploy…i want to get a used GT also depending how much insurance would give me. is this a good transition? if so, what year(s) are good and what should i look out for (pros/cons)! orrr should i look into another car🤔
