I can't stop touching myself and I feel guilty after doing it

I'm 16 and I goon regularly (4-5 times a week) and everytime after doing it I feel guilty for some reasons.

I'm just wondering if it's normal as a girl ? Am I addicted at this point ?

I'm scared because I never tought of it in this way.

What do y'all think
