AirPods Pro 2 not connecting to my PC

I've recently built a pc (that does have a Bluetooth motherboard). But when I try to connect my AirPods (Pro 2), it won't show up when it attempts to find devices. I've done all the normal stuff---disconnect them from my phone and all other devices, restart my Airpods, pair them correctly. I haven't tried to do any other Bluetooth device. Nothing seems to be working, so if anyone has any ideas, I would try them. Thanks!
