Stopping with escitalopram/lexapro

Im switching from escitalopram 10mg to bupoprion (wellbutrin)

Im completely stoppen with escitalopram since Tuesday. I am so extremely Dizzy, it is like the world moves slower than my brain?i get nausea, sweats.

Please tell me this is temporary and will stop very soon??
