Can someone with a rooted Nothing phone extract the icon pack assets from /data/data/com.nothing.icon/?
I've been trying to port the Nothing icon pack to Linux (KDE Neon) and hit a wall. The APK itself has zero bundled icon assets — the icons are downloaded from Nothing's servers at runtime and cached in the app's protected data directory and can only be done by someone who has a rooted nothing phone and can do this. So, I'm looking for the actual icon PNG/WebP files, any appfilter.xml mapping app package names to icon names or any URL patterns showing where icons are fetched from.
If you have a rooted Nothing phone and want to, could you please run on your computer:
adb shell su -c "ls /data/data/com.nothing.icon/"
And if there's a cache folder, pull it with:
adb shell su -c "find /data/data/com.nothing.icon/ -name '*.png' -o -name '*.webp' -o -name '*.svg'"
Then:
adb pull /data/data/com.nothing.icon/ ~/nothing-icons-extracted/
Could you then upload them on github or just here please? Thanks.
