presyncope symptoms?
i’m curious how everyone who deals with presyncope often would describe the experience.
i don’t have a diagnoses but my symptoms very gradually got more noticeable in the years after i got covid in 2020. now they’re reaching a peak where it’s affecting my quality of life. my heart rate shoots up over 30+bpm after just standing up which in turn makes me out of breath, sometimes i struggle to even brush my hair or brush my teeth in the mornings without feeling like i just ran a mile.
but the hardest for me to deal with is going from crouching to standing. i’m a restaurant general manager, so this is a constant in my day-to-day. so i was wondering how presyncope feels for people who know they are experiencing it.
going from crouching down/being in a squat to standing up will make my head fill with pressure and get hot, i get a bit dizzy, vision gets kind of blurry, hr obviously jumps up, and i usually have to sit down or lean against the counter for a second to even feel like i can continue what i was doing.
