Best precon

Hi guys, right now what would be the best precon to play? Something that Is really powerful out of the box or that Need Just 50-100$ of upgrades.

Started playing with some of my friends a while ago, and was wondering about a really good precon.

Thanks to everyone in Advance for any answer.
