Is using Topaz cheating?

I am seeing a lot of photographers stating that their images were edited with Topaz. I have never used it but from what I can tell it takes any photo good or bad and uses AI to make it look spectacular. I think I would be embarrassed to let viewers know that I have used Topaz as an editing tool, but it seems to be acceptable...? I'd love to hear your thoughts!
