Why is there so many old people 30+ on this game and no sweats

I just started playing this game last week on sunday and racked 110 hours already with only taking 1 day off. My question and the ONLY reason i took the break was because of how hard it is to find good competent players. Most of the players are so stupid and clueless that when i ask them to stream their steam hours and inventory for a black key dreadnaught run they say "thats an invasion of privacy". like are u rtrd?

and when im NOT trying to get a perfect team, most of the time i have 5 old heads who don't even know how to bunny hop, like goddam hold space. They spent tens of hours in the last few days playing this game and don't know simple mechanics.

Its gotten so bad that ive js stuck wiht solo voyage and like 90% of the time its SUPER 1 sided because they either don't know how to pvp OR they are trying to do some friendly friendly ahh arc raiders thing with the green flare.

I understand that games are gonna have these demographics but why tf is it so large in this game. Its an extraction shooter, where are the sweats and humans, its so hard finding a competent fps player in this game whos human. Are they hidden in some special discord or smth. but goddam these old heads are tilting me, and when u make a post on the lfg they dont even read it, or know how to click a link, like it takes 2 braincells.

But like tldr: why are there so many old heads and where are the sweats
