Posting shorts and long form on same channel ?

Hi guys !
I have a question for you all… so i have been posting shorts on a specific niche for over 5-6 months and have around 6k subs … i am posting long form for same niche but they are not performing well. I wanted to know whether i should start posting on another account for long form . I have posted around 10 vids on long form and they have mostly 0 views.
