Been on 5mg for about 5 1/2 weeks feeling like I’ve plateaued

After the initial side effects I was feeling pretty good. More motivation and not a lot of racing thoughts. The past week or so I just feel like it’s not working as well, like I’m slipping back to my old self. Maybe I need an increase. Just venting
